Eligibility for Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue the refund in the form of credit note.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our part.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.
