- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Methods:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue the refund in the form of credit note.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exceptions:
- Personalized or customized items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our part.
